Warranty Terms and Conditions
- All warranty packages are subject to first completion of a full inspection of the car
- Only eligible cars, as defined by ActiveAuto under this online list, can be considered for the ActiveAuto warranty.
- Warranty doesn’t cover damage from external (example; hitting the car) or internal accidents (example; spilling coffee inside the vehicle).
- If the car is serviced or otherwise tampered with any 3rd party without Active Warranty’s explicit consent; warranty coverage is automatically considered null and void.
- In case of an issue/breakdown of covered components without an accident, the necessary repair / replacement of the broken down component is to its standard working condition.

Warranty inspection is required before you are eligible for our warranty coverage plans. The cost of the warranty inspection is 750 AED and will be credited towards the purchase of your selected warranty plan.
