Frequently asked questions
Which insurance companies do you work with?
We are directly approved by Al Sagr Insurance, Adamjee Insurance, Dubai Insurance, Union Insurance, and Orient Insurance PJSC.
Can I send accident photos on WhatsApp before visiting?
Yes. Send the insurer name, Dubai Police report status, car make/model/year, whether the car can be driven, and clear photos of the damage. We can then guide the claim documents and workshop visit.
What do I need to do after an accident before coming to you?
First, get a Dubai Police report — this is mandatory for any UAE insurance claim (use the Dubai Police app for a quick e-report). Then notify your insurer to open a claim reference. After that, bring the car to us and we handle everything from that point.
Will I have to pay anything upfront?
With direct billing, we invoice the insurance company directly. You only pay your policy excess (if applicable) — no upfront repair costs.
What documents do I need to bring?
Bring your Emirates ID, vehicle registration (Mulkiya), insurance policy card, and a police report (e-report via Dubai Police app counts). The police report is required by all UAE insurers to process a claim — we can advise you on how to get one if you haven't yet.
My insurer isn't on your list — can you still help?
Yes. Even if your insurer isn't one of our direct partners, we can still carry out the repairs. The process may require a few extra steps — call us to discuss.
