The Workshop

Active Auto has operated in Dubai for more than a decade. The current public business is Active Auto Workshop, a Turkish-owned independent workshop with one physical location in Al Quoz Industrial Area 4.

Active Auto is an independent repair workshop and does not sell cars.

Accident damage, insurance claims, mechanical work, paint, body, diagnostics, and inspections are coordinated through that workshop. When an outside specialist is required, the customer still receives one scoped repair path rather than a false claim that every task is performed internally.

The workshop also supports rental and corporate fleet accounts. Scheduling, pricing, invoicing, insurer settlement, and account-contact terms are agreed for the specific commercial arrangement.

You See the Quote Before We Start

The written estimate records the proposed scope, parts and approval points. Added work requires a revised explanation and approval.

Parts Agreed Before Work

The quote should identify the proposed parts grade and repair scope. Ask for any job-specific warranty term and exclusion in writing before approval.

Timing After Assessment

Repair timing is confirmed after the scope, parts, insurer approval where relevant, and workshop schedule are known — not promised from a generic page.

Vehicle-Specific Scope

Model, year, mileage, symptoms, and history shape the repair path. We inspect first and confirm what is safely in scope before work starts.
