Accident and insurance repair
Crash damage on a Land Rover is photographed, estimated and repaired with your insurer. We work with Al Sagr, Adamjee, Dubai Insurance, Union and Orient, and with other insurers when your policy lets you choose the garage. If the car cannot be driven, our own tow truck brings it in from anywhere in Dubai, free when we do the repair.
Paint and bodywork

Service, mechanical and electrical

Use the service indication for your vehicle
Land Rover’s global servicing guidance describes a Flexible Service indicator whose timing reflects driving style and conditions. Its UAE servicing material also notes market variation. Bring the message and the car’s own schedule when requesting maintenance rather than assuming one interval covers every Range Rover, Discovery and Defender.
Oil and history are separate checks
Land Rover describes engine-specific recommended oil and filter replacement in its Extended Care servicing information. It also provides an online service-history system for vehicles built from July 2013. Active Auto’s written proposal identifies the fluids and parts it proposes; bring the history available for your vehicle to inform that scope.
Range Rover, Discovery or Defender
The UAE site groups Range Rover, Sport, Velar and Evoque alongside Discovery, Discovery Sport and Defender 90, 110 and 130. Tell us the engine and year as well as the family. Our existing Land Rover assessment checks diagnostic coverage, drivetrain and suspension scope, with the exact system confirmed before acceptance.
For a ride-height or damage enquiry
Send the warning message, symptom and any useful photographs or video. Suspension diagnosis is a scope to confirm for the individual vehicle, not an automatic parts recommendation. Body repairs require a material and method assessment, and insurance work requires the relevant claim authority before it proceeds.
