What we do on your McLaren
Accident and insurance repair
Crash damage on a McLaren is photographed, estimated and repaired with your insurer. We work with Al Sagr, Adamjee, Dubai Insurance, Union and Orient, and with other insurers when your policy lets you choose the garage. If the car cannot be driven, our own tow truck brings it in from anywhere in Dubai, free when we do the repair.

Use the handbook for your McLaren
McLaren’s public service page says each model has its own service schedule and links its owner handbooks. The handbook selector asks for model, variant, model year and region or language. Use that vehicle-specific route when identifying maintenance, then bring the schedule and service history to your independent workshop enquiry.
Separate an oil service from a track-use inspection
McLaren describes both oil-change servicing and inspections after track use on its maintenance page. Its network description is not a service-package promise from Active Auto. Tell us the requested work and relevant history so the workshop can confirm the particular vehicle, tools and procedure before booking.
Identify the structure and system involved
A McLaren enquiry needs more than the model badge: provide the powertrain and the system concerned. Our existing scope checks include diagnostic access, brake and suspension procedure, the boundary between carbon structure and body panels, and hybrid or high-voltage requirements. Unsupported work follows an appropriate external route.
Agree the assessment before parts or paint
Send warning details for a diagnostic enquiry and photographs for visible damage. The written proposal sets out the repair method, fluids and parts applicable to the accepted scope. Before buying a used McLaren, agree access to the intended checks and keep the written findings with the purchase decision.
