Choose the correct Lexus powertrain
The UAE Lexus range includes petrol, hybrid and electric choices: for example LX 600 and LX 700h, RX 350 and RX 500h, and RZ 500e. When asking for work, specify the actual powertrain. Active Auto confirms diagnostic-module coverage, suspension scope and the relevant hybrid or high-voltage boundary before accepting it.
Use the mileage-dependent list
Lexus UAE’s maintenance-contract page lists oil and filter replacement, inspections of fluids and suspension, and other filters or model-dependent spark plugs according to mileage. Keep the concern visible in the enquiry
An LX suspension request, an RX warning and an IS bodywork enquiry need different scope checks. Provide the year, mileage, history and description of the issue rather than relying on a model badge alone. Any parts choice and repair method belong in the written proposal you approve.
A purchase inspection has an agreed boundary
For a Lexus you are considering buying, agree access to diagnostic, mechanical, electrical, AC and body checks, plus the road-test scope. Ask for the written findings to support your decision. Official recall work remains on the Lexus route; an independent inspection here does not replace a manufacturer campaign.
Planning a Lexus service in Dubai
Lexus UAE lists a 10,000 km or six-month interval, whichever comes first, for its Service Maintenance Contract. Use the schedule for your exact model, year and market to confirm which items are due.
