Accident and insurance repair
Crash damage on a Jaguar is photographed, estimated and repaired with your insurer. We work with Al Sagr, Adamjee, Dubai Insurance, Union and Orient, and with other insurers when your policy lets you choose the garage. If the car cannot be driven, our own tow truck brings it in from anywhere in Dubai, free when we do the repair.

Jaguar UAE’s servicing page publishes 13,000 km or 12 months, whichever occurs first, and explicitly notes that intervals vary by market. Check your particular Jaguar’s schedule alongside that guidance. Send the last service date, current mileage and exact variant when asking Active Auto to assess scheduled work.
Compare major and minor service scope
Jaguar UAE’s owner FAQ describes mileage-based major and minor service checklists and recommended oil. A workshop enquiry should identify which work is due, not merely ask for a “major service”. We confirm the vehicle-specific fluids, parts and procedure in the proposal before you approve the job.
Bring the available service history
Jaguar’s UAE servicing information describes online service records for vehicles built from July 2013. The local site also presents F-PACE alongside E-PACE, I-PACE and F-TYPE information with differing model years. Identify the actual car in your request.
Warning, suspension or body repair
Our Jaguar assessment covers questions about module access, air or adaptive suspension, electrical or infotainment boundaries and body material. An I-PACE enquiry also requires confirmation of the high-voltage boundary. Supply the warning or symptom first; restricted programming and unsupported systems are referred through the appropriate outside route.
