Ferrari’s F80 publication describes Genuine Maintenance across its range: regular maintenance at 20,000 km or annually, within the programme’s stated terms. It locates that programme in Ferrari’s official network. Before considering independent work, establish the entitlement and schedule for your own vehicle; Active Auto does not provide that manufacturer programme.
A manufacturer programme is a defined scope
Ferrari describes regular maintenance, original spares and checks by its trained network in that publication. This is not a list of services promised by Active Auto. For an independent enquiry, we confirm the exact Ferrari, diagnostic access, required tools, parts and any specialist requirement before accepting work.
Separate powertrain, brakes and bodywork
Tell us whether the request concerns servicing, a warning, AC performance or visible damage. Our Ferrari scope questions include the powertrain, brake material and procedure, body material and paint, and the hybrid or high-voltage boundary.
