What Information We Collect

When you voluntarily submit an enquiry, we collect the details you provide and limited source context needed to route and attribute that request:

• Contact forms — name, phone number, vehicle details, service type, and optional message
• Booking requests — name, phone number, preferred date and time, and vehicle or issue description
• WhatsApp conversations — any messages you send via the WhatsApp link on this site
• Enquiry source — the landing page, form page, referring website domain, and campaign labels connected to a form request; advertising click identifiers are classified by provider but the identifier itself is not stored in our CRM lead note

We do not collect payment card data, passports, Emirates IDs, or any sensitive personal data through this website.

How We Use Your Information

Information you submit is used solely to:

• Respond to your service inquiry or booking request
• Provide a quote or schedule a vehicle assessment
• Follow up on an open service or insurance claim

We do not sell your information to third parties and do not add you to mailing lists without explicit consent. We may use aggregated website analytics to understand which pages, services, and marketing channels generate enquiries, but we do not use analytics events to store personal customer details.

How Submissions Work

When you submit a contact or booking form on this site, your details are pre-filled into a WhatsApp message and the WhatsApp application opens on your device. The WhatsApp message is only sent if you press Send in WhatsApp. To prevent lost enquiries if WhatsApp is blocked or not installed, the same form details are also captured securely in Active Auto's private customer relationship system and used only to respond to, attribute, and manage your repair or booking request.

Third-Party Services

This website uses the following third-party tools:

• Google Fonts — loads the Inter typeface from Google's servers. Google may collect standard web request data.
• Google Analytics and Google Ads — used to understand website performance, traffic sources, and advertising effectiveness. These tools may collect device, browser, page, click, and standard usage data. We do not intentionally send customer names, phone numbers, vehicle plates, repair details, or WhatsApp message content to Google Analytics or Google Ads.
• TikTok Pixel — used to measure TikTok advertising effectiveness and website page visits after TikTok setup. We do not intentionally send customer names, phone numbers, vehicle plates, repair details, or WhatsApp message content to TikTok Pixel.
• OpenStreetMap / Leaflet — used to display the map on the Contact page. No personal data is shared.
• Respond.io — may be used by Active Auto to manage customer messages that you choose to send through channels such as WhatsApp. Usage is subject to Respond.io's privacy policy.

Cookies

This website asks before enabling Google Analytics, Google Ads, or TikTok measurement cookies. You can choose analytics or essential-only use in the notice shown on the site; your choice is stored in your browser and can also be controlled through browser settings. Essential site features and customer enquiries continue to work if you choose essential-only use.

Data Retention

WhatsApp conversation history is retained in our WhatsApp Business account until manually deleted. Contact and booking form requests are retained in Active Auto's private customer relationship system only for as long as needed to respond, manage the customer relationship, maintain workshop records, and meet applicable operational or legal requirements. You may ask us to correct or delete a form record using the contact details below.
