Accident and insurance repair
Crash damage on a Infiniti is photographed, estimated and repaired with your insurer. We work with Al Sagr, Adamjee, Dubai Insurance, Union and Orient, and with other insurers when your policy lets you choose the garage. If the car cannot be driven, our own tow truck brings it in from anywhere in Dubai, free when we do the repair.

Check the model year behind an app alert
INFINITI Dubai lists Maintenance Alert and Vehicle Health Report in its MyINFINITI feature table for QX80 MY23/24, QX80 MY25 onwards and QX60 MY26 onwards. Use the information for your supported vehicle, with its actual schedule. Send the alert, mileage and year when requesting a workshop assessment.
An older schedule is not a current universal one
INFINITI’s Dubai service chart dated February 2019 separates model and engine groups, with different distance columns. It lists oil and filter work alongside items such as air filters, brake fluid and spark plugs. We use the schedule belonging to your vehicle; the historical chart is not a new QX80 service prescription.
Distinguish current SUVs from a legacy enquiry
INFINITI Dubai currently presents QX80 and QX60 in its vehicle range and provides a separate legacy-vehicle route. The model examples on this workshop page also include older vehicles. Give the actual year and engine so diagnostic coverage, transmission requirements, cooling concerns and any suspension procedure can be scoped for that car.
