Accident and insurance repair
Crash damage on a Audi is photographed, estimated and repaired with your insurer. We work with Al Sagr, Adamjee, Dubai Insurance, Union and Orient, and with other insurers when your policy lets you choose the garage. If the car cannot be driven, our own tow truck brings it in from anywhere in Dubai, free when we do the repair.
Paint and bodywork

Service, mechanical and electrical

Check which service is due
Audi’s UK owner guidance says service due information appears in the MMI or myAudi and distinguishes oil service from inspection. That UK explanation does not establish UAE mileage intervals. For your Dubai enquiry, send the exact model, year, drivetrain and displayed service information so the applicable schedule can be checked.
Oil, filters and driving conditions
Audi explains that ambient temperature, journey type and driving style affect the oil-degradation calculation on eligible flexible-regime cars. It also lists filters, spark plugs, brake fluid and gearbox oil as items with their own time or distance requirements. Confirm your vehicle’s regime and market before applying those examples.
Cooling concerns need their own description
Audi Dubai’s service information discusses pollen filtration and air-conditioning checks. For an AC enquiry at Active Auto, describe the cooling symptom as well as any warning. The Audi-specific intake checks include module access, the transmission variant, quattro drivetrain type and the high-voltage boundary for e-tron work.
