Workshop Access
Our workshop is in Al Quoz. Any outside specialist work is identified in the agreed repair scope. If the car is not safe to drive, we can collect it and return it after the work — arrange that on WhatsApp. On an insurance claim, the insurer may have its own authorised recovery route; ask it first.

Post-Repair Checks
The handover scope records the relevant steering, suspension, brake, alignment, body, paint, and diagnostic checks for that repair.

A Bumper Impact: Agree the Visible and Hidden Scope
A bumper scuff, cracked finish or displaced corner is assessed on the vehicle before Active Auto proposes repair, repainting or replacement.
Start with a photograph showing the complete bumper fitted to the car, then add close views of each damaged area and the model and year. This lets the first discussion cover both the visible mark and the surrounding panel, while leaving the final repair decision to inspection.
The written bumper proposal can separate work on the outer finish from damaged clips, brackets, sensors and alignment checks identified behind it. Ask which of these items the estimate includes and which findings would require a further quotation. A decision about paint alone does not define every accident-related operation.
For the painted area, the workshop assesses the bumper material, existing finish and any adjacent blend required. The agreed scope records finish limitations before approval; a photograph does not guarantee that repaired paint will be indistinguishable from every surrounding surface.
Before collecting the car, review the agreed body-and-paint checks for surface finish, gloss, blend quality and panel gaps. Any separate structural, steering, suspension, brake or diagnostic checks belong to the recorded collision scope for that vehicle. Confirm parts and the workshop completion estimate before arranging collection.
