What we do on your Bugatti
Accident and insurance repair
Crash damage on a Bugatti is photographed, estimated and repaired with your insurer. We work with Al Sagr, Adamjee, Dubai Insurance, Union and Orient, and with other insurers when your policy lets you choose the garage. If the car cannot be driven, our own tow truck brings it in from anywhere in Dubai, free when we do the repair.
Paint and bodywork
Scratches, dents, bumpers and panel repainting. Send photos on WhatsApp; the method and price are confirmed in writing before work starts.
Service, mechanical and electrical

Distinguish Veyron and Chiron service programmes
Bugatti’s 2021 Passeport Tranquillité announcement describes annual visits for Veyron and Chiron, with different programme structures. For Chiron it describes an annual Low service and a Major service every four years. This is historical manufacturer programme information, not an interval or entitlement promised for every Bugatti model today.
Low mileage still needs the right reference
That announcement distinguishes Veyron Active and Collector plans, including a Collector category for very low annual use. It does not make a lightly driven car maintenance-free. Confirm the vehicle’s current programme and requirements through Bugatti before considering any separate assessment at an independent workshop.
Acceptance comes before vehicle handling
Active Auto’s Bugatti scope is deliberately conditional. The initial enquiry must establish identity and provenance, the requested system, handling requirements and specialist boundaries. Diagnostic restrictions, high-speed tyre and brake procedures, and carbon structure versus cosmetic panels are questions to resolve before any assessment or selected work is accepted.
Define a narrow, written request
State the precise concern and supply the year, mileage and relevant history. If the request involves visible damage, photographs help introduce it but do not establish a repair method. The workshop confirms applicable materials, repair limits and parts; any unsupported operation requires the appropriate outside specialist. An enquiry here is not entry into a Bugatti maintenance programme.
