What is the minimum fleet size for a contract?

We work with fleets from 2 vehicles upwards. Smaller fleets (2–5 vehicles) are very welcome — the contract just keeps things structured and predictable for both sides.

Can accident repairs be included in the contract?

Yes. We can bundle scheduled maintenance with accident repair coordination. We're approved by 5 UAE insurance partners, so we handle direct billing on approved insurance claims.

What if one of our vehicles needs unexpected work?

Unscheduled repairs (not covered by the maintenance schedule) are quoted separately at agreed rates. Contract clients get priority bay allocation and no queue waiting.

Do you handle the service reminders, or do we?

We manage the reminders. You'll receive a monthly schedule and individual vehicle notifications before each service is due. You don't need to track it yourself.

Can we add or remove vehicles mid-contract?

Yes — contracts are flexible. Adding vehicles is straightforward; we adjust the monthly invoice accordingly. Removing vehicles follows the agreed notice period.

How does billing work?

One monthly invoice covering all scheduled services for all vehicles in that period. Separate invoices for any agreed additional work. Payment by bank transfer or cheque.
