How It Works
Assessment terms are confirmed for the job, followed by a written quote you approve before work begins. The agreed scope is checked before handover, and added work requires your approval.
Workshop Access
Our workshop is in Al Quoz. Any outside specialist work is identified in the agreed repair scope. If the car is not safe to drive, we can collect it and return it after the work — arrange that on WhatsApp. On an insurance claim, the insurer may have its own authorised recovery route; ask it first.

Our own tow truck
The workshop has its own recovery truck. The car goes straight to the place that repairs it, with no second tow and no one else in between.
Send the location and a photo
A pinned location on WhatsApp and a photo of the car tell us where to go and what to bring. Say whether the car rolls, steers and brakes, and whether the wheels turn.
After an accident, the police report first
The repair and any insurance claim need the police report, so make sure it is done before the car is moved. If you are not sure which report you have, send it with the photos.
After a breakdown, the cause found
At the workshop the car is diagnosed first, then you are told what failed, what the repair is and what it costs, before any work starts.
Accident repair and claims under one roof
Body, paint, mechanical and electrical work are done in the same workshop, and on a claim we deal with the insurer and tell you your excess before any work starts.
The car brought back
When the work is done, we can bring the car back to you instead of you collecting it.
